【摘要】 目的观察清幽解毒汤对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎湿热中阻证患者临床症状、胃镜下粘膜相、病理组织学的影响。方法96例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例,治疗组采用清幽解毒汤,对照组采用雷尼替丁、克拉霉素、阿莫西林。两组疗程均4 W。结果两组中医症状总积分较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);在Hp清除方面两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组胃镜相较前均有改善,治疗组略优于对照组(P<0.05);两组病理改善无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论清幽解毒汤可有效改善幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎湿热中阻证患者临床症状,并对患者胃镜下粘膜组织具有一定改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect qintyou jiedu tang on clinical symptoms,membrane image under endoscopy,and pathology & histology of HP related gastritis patients with damp-heat pattern.Methods 96 patients were divided into treatment group(qintyou jiedu tang) and control group(Ranitidine,Clarithromycin,and amoxicillin).Treatment period was 4w for both groups.Result TCM symptoms were improved significantly in both groups(P<0.01),but treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01).General effect rate of treatment group was hight than control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference between two groups on Hp clearance(P>0.05).Both groups improved image under endoscope,and treatment group slightly better than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change on pathology(P>0.05).Conclusion Qintyou jiedu tang can improve clinical symptoms on HP related gastritis with damp-heat pattern,can also improve membrane image under endoscopy,and pathology & histology to a certain degree.更多还原
