两种不同方法提取铁牛七挥发油的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 分别采用水蒸气蒸馏(SD)和超声萃取-水蒸气蒸馏(UESD)从铁牛七中提取挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,比较分析了挥发油的化学成分.峰面积归一化法确定了各组分的相对百分含量.SD法共分离出69个色谱峰,鉴定出63种物质,占总峰面积的77.89%,主要是十六酸(9.09%)和6-氧杂-硫代-辛烯酸(7.85%)等;UESD法共分离出75个色谱峰,鉴定出68种物质,占总峰面积的88.69%,主要是十六酸(24.69%)和亚油酸(7.31%)等.结果表明,两种方法提取挥发油主要共有成分为有机酸和烷烃类化合物,但组成和含量有差异.UESD法提取时间短,得率高,且有机酸的含量高.

【Abstract】 The volatile oils were extracted from Aconitum szechenyianum Gay by steam distillation(SD) and ultrasound-assisted steam distillation(UESD),respectively.The chemical constituents in the volatile oils were identified by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry GC-MS and their relative contents were calculated based on GC peak areas.For steam distillation,63 compounds of 69 detected peaks were identified,accounting for 77.89% of the volatile fraction.The main components were hexadecanoic acid(9.09%) and 6-Oxa-3-thiaoctanoic acid(7.85%);For ultrasound-assisted steam distillation,68 compounds of 75 detected peaks were identified,accounting for 88.69% of the volatile fraction.The main components were hexadecanoic acid(24.69%) and linoleic acid(7.31%).These resalts indicate that,there is a significant difference in the composition and relative amounts between the volatile oils obtained by SD and UESD methods;the common components of the two extracts were organic acids and alkanes.UESD method allows less in extraction time,higher yield of oil and higher amount of organic acids than SD method.
