构建教师资格校内审核机制 促进师范生职业技能发展

【摘要】 本文在剖析小学教师职业核心能力的基础上,提出高师院校应强化教师资格的校内审查,有效促进师范生职业能力的培养。通过课程、活动、竞赛、技能测评及校外实习等学习平台,实施职业技能证书的动态考核,推行职业技能证书制度,营造教师教育生态场,实现专业知识与职业能力的同层递进。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the core professional abilities of primary school teachers,this paper proposed that normal universities and colleges should strengthen the internal examining of teacher’s qualification,and effectively promote the training of students’ professional abilities.It was suggested that an equal improvement of academic knowledge and professional abilities could be achieved by curriculum,activities,competition,assessment of skills and teaching practice.The methods of dynamic assessment of qualifications concerning skills and ecological teacher education were also discussed.
