【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the core professional abilities of primary school teachers,this paper proposed that normal universities and colleges should strengthen the internal examining of teacher’s qualification,and effectively promote the training of students’ professional abilities.It was suggested that an equal improvement of academic knowledge and professional abilities could be achieved by curriculum,activities,competition,assessment of skills and teaching practice.The methods of dynamic assessment of qualifications concerning skills and ecological teacher education were also discussed.更多还原
