【摘要】 中药血清药理学是一种通过含药血清体外的药理效应反应其在体内的作用的实验方法,作为一种新的实验研究手段,对从细胞水平、亚细胞水平研究中药药理作用发挥着重要的作用。用复方黄芩水煎剂灌服120日龄健康海兰白鸡后,采用一定的方法制备复方含药血清,用高效液相色谱法对其中的主要活性成分进行定性检测,并对黄芩苷在鸡体内的血药浓度进行了定性测定。结果表明,黄芩苷在鸡体内血药浓度的变化表征了中药复方黄芩在鸡体内代谢的变化规律,血药浓度-时间关系曲线出现双峰现象,表示可能存在肝肠循环或胃肠循环,为该复方制剂的临床应用提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The seropharmacology of the traditional Chinese medicine is a empirical method by in vitro experimental reaserch the real process of metabolism in the body can be accessible much easy by using Chinese herb serum.With the method of Chinese Serum Pharmacology,it is effective to study pharmacological action of the traditional Chinese medicine by cellular level and subcellsular level.120-day-old chicken were oral administrated with the compound Chinese traditional medicine Baicalin,preparing the serum and detecting the concentration of main components of the Baicalin by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The concentration change of Baicalin in plasma could reflect the metabolism rule of the compound Chinese traditional medicine Baicalin in chickens.The double peak of plasma concentration meant that there might be relevant to hepatoenteral circulation or stomach intestine circulation during the metabolism process.This study could provide references for the compound Chinese traditional medicine Baicalin in clinical application.更多还原
