复合氨基酸螯合钙的开发研制

【摘要】 为了充分利用骨资源,试验利用生产骨胶的废弃物——骨渣和榨油的下脚料——豆粕研制成了新一代补钙制剂——复合氨基酸螯合钙。试验运用二次通用旋转试验对复合氨基酸螯合钙的生产工艺进行了研究,以络合率为指标,确定了复合氨基酸钙螯合反应的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:复合氨基酸与钙的质量比为5:1,pH值为7.9,作用温度为45℃时,络合率最高,为72.86%。同时运用红外线对产品进行了检测,证实了产品的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In order to use resources of bone,a new generation calcium preparation-complex amino acid chelated calcium was developed by using by-product of bone glue and offal from extracting oil-defatted soybean.The optical conditions of complex amino acid chelated calcium were studied using three fators quadratic rotation design and chelated rate as only guide.The result indicated that:the quality rate of complex amino acid and the calcium was 5:1,pH was 7.9, temperature was 45℃,chelated rate was 72.86%.At the same time the infrared ray was used to determine the product and the reliability of pruduct was confirmed.
