【摘要】 芸豆作为山西省出口创汇的主要农产品之一,芸豆品质是提升其在国际市场上竞争力的重要因素,而品质在较大程度上受到种植密度的影响。采用方差分析、曲线拟合等数据分析方法研究不同种植密度对粒用芸豆商品品质与营养品质等方面的影响。结果表明,在同一地点不同种植密度下籽粒品质差异显著。籽粒商品率、籽粒密度与种植密度呈负相关;籽粒蛋白含量随种植密度增加而增加,而脂肪含量出现随密度增加而下降的变化趋势。当地粒用芸豆最适宜的种植密度为22万株·hm^-2;同一地区,籽粒品质确实会因种植密度的改变而不同,考察芸豆籽粒品质的密度效应时应注意分析其它生态因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Phaseolus vulgaris L is a major export agricultural product in Shanxi,the quality of which plays an important role in its competition on the market,while the quality is closely related with planting density.Effects of planting density on seed nutrition quality and commodity quality were analyzed by means of the regression analysis,and curve fitting.The results showed that the difference of grain quality existed significantly under different plant density.With the increase of density,the ratio of certified seed,the seed density and fat content gradually decline;while the protein content increase.It is suggested that the grain quality was affected by the plant density and the ecological factors should be considered when the effects of plant density were investigated.更多还原
