【摘要】 鸡大肠杆菌多价复合佐剂灭活苗是采用山西省优势鸡致病性大肠杆菌的菌体碎片作为抗原物质,矿物油和黄芪多糖组成复合免疫增效佐剂研制而成的。通过免疫效果试验、免疫保护期试验及疫苗保存期试验等,结果表明,免疫后7 d,该疫苗即可产生坚强的免疫力,而常规疫苗(对照Ⅱ组)则需14 d;血清抗体滴度于接种后约6周时,O78达到1∶32(最高可达1∶53),并且维持6周以上,而常规疫苗的最高值为1∶18;该疫苗的免疫保护期为5个多月,常规疫苗为4个月;4～8℃贮藏,保存期不低于14个月。实验室和区域试验结果说明该疫苗具有产生循环抗体时间早、安全、免疫保护率高等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multivalent inactivated vaccine of avian escherichia coli with compound adjuvant is developed by use of the advantageous pathogenic E coli bacterial fragments which were collected in Shanxi Province as antigen material,and complex composition immune adjuvant of mineral oil and astragalus polysaccharide.By the immune effect tests,immunologic defend time tests and vaccine keep time tests,the resulted is listed as following:7 days after immunization,the bird can produce a strong immune capability to E coli,while the conventional vaccine(the control group Ⅱ)required 14 days.About 6 weeks after the vaccine inoculation,the O78 serum antibody titers could achieved 1∶32(maximum 1∶53)and preserved more than 6 weeks,while the maximum value of the conventional vaccine was 1∶18.The immune protection period of vaccine kept more than 5 months(which of common vaccine was 4 months).When the vaccine is stored in 4～8 ℃,the period of validity was no less than 14 months.The results of laboratory and regional tests showed that the vaccine produced antibodies circulating in early time,with the virtue of security and high rate of immune protection.更多还原
