【摘要】 选同一株系试管苗材料,在MS无激素培养基上切繁培养1周后,设置快繁、结薯、保存3个处理,从第2周到11周,每周统计单株生物产量、单株培养基下面的生物产量、单株培养基上面的生物产量,通过激素酶联试剂盒测定出吲哚乙酸、玉米素、脱落酸含量情况,并用数理统计方法建立各模式下内源激素与生物产量之间的线性相关方程,制订出一套试管苗快繁、结薯、保存的三区分管模式,为马铃薯细胞遗传分析、基因表达研究提供相关信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 In vitro seedling derived from one potato strain was incubated on non-hormone MS culture medium.Three experiments,including rapid reproduction,fruition and storage,were performed in two weeks.Biomasses of each individual plant inside and outside the culture medium and total plant were surveyed in each week from the second to the eleventh weeks.Level of indoleacetic acid(IAA),zeatin(ZA)and abscisic acid(ABA)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and were used to construct a linear correlation equation between endogenetic hormone and biomass.By which a three regions managing pattern of rapid reproduction,fruition and storage was worked out.Our conclusion could provide concerning information for cytogenetic analysis and genes expression of potato.更多还原
