【摘要】 通过文献资料法和实证分析法,结合2000～2007年山西省人口发展、建设用地增加和国内生产总值增加等情况,分析了山西省集约利用土地的现状和问题,并提出相应的对策。结果表明,山西省目前的土地利用集约度不高,存在城镇建设用地扩张快、农村居民点占地多、低效工业用地多等问题。应加强土地资源行政管理力度、确定合理的建设用地供地原则,同时运用经济手段提高建设用地集约利用程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The situation and problems in intensive land utilization in Shanxi was discussed through the increase of its popu-lation and construction land,and GDP between the years of 2000～2007 by history information analysis.Measures for intensive land utilization in Shanxi were put forward.The results showed that,Shanxi had some problems in intensive land utilization,such as fast enlargement of urban construction land use scale,overproof occupation of rural residential land use,and low industrial land use efficiency.To raise the degree of land consolidation,it should reinforce administrative management of land resource,definite reasonable construction land providing principle,and make use of economical methods.更多还原
