【摘要】 目的:探讨高能聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗后肝癌患者免疫功能的变化。方法:应用FEP-BY01型肿瘤超声治疗机对36例原发性肝癌患者进行治疗;分别取HIFU治疗前和HIFU治疗后4w外周血2ml,检测T细胞亚群CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8及NK细胞。结果:治疗后NK细胞百分数、CD4T细胞百分数、CD4/CD8比值较治疗前明显升高,而CD8T细胞百分数下降。结论:应用HIFU技术治疗原发性肝癌可以改善患者体内的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate immunity in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment. Methods:Thirty-six patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were treated by HIFU.The percentage of natural killer cells and T-lymphocyte subsets CD4、CD8、 CD4/CD8 in 2 mL of peripheral venous blood were examined before and four weeks after HIFU treatment.Results: The posttreatment levels of CD4、CD4/CD8 and NK were much higher than those before treatment.Whereas the levels of CD8 were significantly lower than those before treatment.Conclusion:HIFU treatment of the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma improved the Cellular immune function.更多还原
