【摘要】 目的:探讨经腹部切口行胃底贲门癌根治术的方法及效果。方法:回顾分析55例胃底贲门癌患者经腹部切口行根治术的资料。结果:5例患者术后病理检查切缘无癌残留,无吻合口瘘、大出血等严重并发症。结论:经腹行胃底贲门癌根治术,可减少创伤,降低手术风险,减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the technique and effect of transabdominal radical operation for cardiac carcinoma.Methods:Analysis 55 patients of cardiac carcinoma select transabdominal incision in surgery.Results:After the surgery,55 patients don’ t have serious complications,for example,residual tumor at the resection margin,anastomatic leakage,massive hemorrhage and so on.Conclusion:Transabdominal radical operation for cardiac carcinoma can reduce traumas,risks and postoperative complications.更多还原
