【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the relationship of nursing human resource and nursing safety.Methods:By collecting an assay of the condition of nursing human resource and nursing errors rates in hospital from the years of 2006 to 2008.Results:There is affinity between the default human resource and nursing errors,and nursing safety was influented.Conclusion:Enhancing nursing human resource supervision,we should effectively take to prevent malpractice as well as guarantee nursing safety.更多还原
