【Abstract】 Under new situations,a new quality management philosophy,total quality management was proposed.The connotation and property of total quality management were studied,and the frame of the PLM(product life-cycle management)-oriented total quality management was set up after analyzing the quality activities in the entire stages of product life-cycle,methods of implementing TQMS in technical systems of Asp.net were studied and the software architecture of TQMS based on Asp.net was built.The implementation of the presentation layer based on Struts and the data access layer based on Hibernate was accomplished.更多还原
