碳掺杂氧化钛介孔材料的合成与吸附降解性能
SYNTHESIS AND PHOTO-DEGRADATION PROPERTIES OF C-DOPING MESOPOROUS TITANIUM DIOXIDE
【摘要】 采用溶剂挥发诱导自组装法,以非离子表面活性剂P123为结构导向剂,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,酚醛树脂预聚体为添加剂,制备了碳掺杂氧化钛介孔材料,采用焙烧方式去除其中的碳,获得纯的TiO2介孔材料。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、N2吸附-脱附等方法对所合成产物进行了表征。结果表明,添加酚醛树脂预聚体可获得结构良好的碳掺杂氧化钛介孔材料,除去碳之后得到的TiO2材料保留了前者的良好介孔结构。对染料结晶紫的吸附降解性能研究表明,碳掺杂氧化钛介孔材料具有显著吸附性能,而纯TiO2介孔材料表现出优良的吸附降解性能。
【Abstract】 Carbon-doping mesoporous titanium dioxide was prepared by evaporation-induced self-assembly method(EISA) with non-ionic surfactant P123 as structure directing agent,tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and phenolic resin as additive.Succedently,mesoporous titanium dioxide could be obtained by calcining C-doping mesoporous titanium dioxide in ambient air.The prepared samples were characterized via XRD,SEM,TEM and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms.The results indicated that C-doping titanium dioxide with worm-like mesoporous structure could be acquired by adding phenolic resin as additive and carbon source.The analysis on the adsorption and photo-degradation of dye-methyl violet revealed that C-doping mesoporous titanium dioxides possessed excellent adsorption properties while mesoporus TiO2 showed good adsorption and photo-degradation properties.
