【摘要】 [目的]探讨马铃薯汁加地塞米松液外涂预防氟尿嘧啶静脉炎实验效果。[方法]将18只家兔随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各9只,两组均给予氟尿嘧啶连续化疗3d,实验组按规定时间涂马铃薯汁加地塞米松液,对照组不涂药。[结果]两组家兔耳缘静脉炎6项指标(白细胞浸润、血栓形成、管壁增厚、内皮增生、内皮脱失、管壁坏死)发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用马铃薯汁加地塞米松液外涂能明显降低静脉炎的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the experimental effect of applying potato juice plus dexamethasone for preventing fluorouracil induced phlebitis.Methods:A total of 18 rabbits were randomly divided into test and control group,9 rabbits each.Two groups both had accepted chemotherapy with fluorouracil for three days.Rabbits of test group were given external applying potato juice plus dexamethasone regularly.However,rabbits of control group were not given any applying.Results:There were statistical significant differences in terms of incidence rates of six items of phlebitis indexes including white blood cells infiltration,thrombogenesis,thickening of vessel wall,endothelial hyperplasia,endothelial loss and necrosis of vessel wall between the two groups of rabbits(P<0.05).Conclusion:External applying potato juice plus dexamethasone regularly can obviously decrease the incidence rate of phlebitis.更多还原
