【摘要】 [目的]探讨新斯的明同侧足三里、三阴交双穴位注射与新斯的明肌肉注射治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床效果。[方法]筛选肛肠病术后尿潴留住院病人146例,按住院先后顺序随机分为两组,观察组予左侧足三里及三阴交穴位注射新斯的明,对照组予常规肌肉注射新斯的明。[结果]观察组78例中显效59%,有效35%,总有效率94%;对照组68例中显效22%,有效31%,总有效率53%;两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.7,P<0.01)。[结论]新斯的明同侧足三里、三阴交穴位注射治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留疗效明显优于新斯的明肌肉注射法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the clinical curative effects of homolateral Foot Three Li and Crossroad of Three Yins injections of neostigmine and intramscular injection of neostigmine to treat patients with postoperative urine retention after accepting anal-intestinal diseases operation.Methods:A total of 146 inpatients with postoperative urine retention after accepting anal-intestinal diseases operation were screened and divided into observation group and control group based on admitting sequence,the patients of observation group were given the homolateral Foot Three Li and Crossroad of Three Yins injections of neostigmine,and routine intramscular injection of neostigmine for control group cases.Results:In 78 cases of observation group, 59% of them were excellent, 35% of them were effective and the total effective power was 94%; in 68 cases of control group, 22% of them were excellent, 31% of them were effective and the total effective power was 53%; there was statistical significant difference in terms of total effective power between both groups (χ2=31.7,P<0.01). Conclusion:The curative effect of homolateral Foot Three Li and Crossroad of Three Yins injections of neostigmine is much better than that of intramscular injection of neostigmine for treating patients with postoperative urine retention after accepting anal-intestinal diseases operation.更多还原
