树脂吸附法处理高浓度邻甲酚工业废水研究

【摘要】 对邻甲酚含量1.992 g/L,COD值高达15 568.4 mg/L,pH约为2的含酚废水进行处理,确定N3520树脂为最佳吸附剂,最佳处理条件为:温度为室温;流速4 BV/h,最大处理量为26 BV,经吸附法处理后,吸附流出液中邻甲酚含量<0.5 mg/L,邻甲酚去除率>99%,COD去除率为97.6%。树脂采用5%NaOH-60%乙醇作脱附剂,最佳脱附条件为:温度40℃,流速1.0 BV/h,用量2 BV。经脱附处理可回收邻甲酚。

【Abstract】 Wastewater which contained o-cresol 1.992 g/L,COD 15 568.4 mg/L,pH 2 was treated,and the best adsorbent resin was the N3520,the best treatment conditions were room temperature,flow rate 4 BV/h,maximum handling capacity 26 BV.By adsorption treatment,o-cresol content in the outflow of fluid was less than 0.5 mg/L,o-cresol removal efficiency was over 99%,COD removal rate was 97.6%,Taking resin with 5% NaOH-60% ethanol as desorption agent,the best desorption conditions were 40 ℃ flow rate 1.0 BV/h,dosage 2 BV.By the desorption o-cresol could be recoveried.
