【Abstract】 The inclusion condition of vitamin A acetate with β-cyclodextrin was studied.The effects of titration rate of the guest,solvent and temperature on the yield of the inclusion complex were investigated.The yield was 78.0% when vitamin A acetate 0.289 0 g in ethanol 6 mL was added dropwise in 70 min to β-cyclodextrin 1 g in water 60 mL.The total stir time was 10 h.The inclusion process was simulated by Chemoffice software.更多还原
