废钨渣中同时回收铁锰的实验研究

【摘要】 根据对钨浸出废渣中铁锰的分析,研究了以钨渣为原料,经浸出、净化、共沉淀、干燥、预烧等过程制取锰锌软磁铁氧体粉料,同时回收铁锰的可行性。在95℃下,用2.3倍理论量的60%硫酸浸出钨渣2 h,Fe、Mn浸出率分别为86.5%和88.4%,得到的浸出液经过硫化沉淀除去重金属,并用硫酸复盐结晶法获得纯的铁、锰、锌硫酸复盐,结晶物水溶后调整铁、锰、锌的原子比,用1.5倍理论量的碳酸氢铵加氨水进行共沉淀,并在900℃下煅烧2 h,得到了基本满足要求的优质锌锰铁氧体粉末,其中铁、锰、锌的原子比为9.6∶4.1∶1。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of preparation of Zn-Mn ferrite powders from tungsten residue by aid leaching,solution purification,co-precipitation and calcination were discussed.Tungsten residues are leached by 60% sulfuric acid of which the quantity is 2.3 times as many as the theoretical quantity at 95 ℃ for 2 h.The leaching ratios of Fe and Mn are 86.5% and 88.4% respectively.The leaching liquor is then purified by sulfide precipitation and gained complex sulfate containing Zn,Mn and Fe.Complex sulfate is dissolved in water and the atom ratio of Zn,Mn and Fe is adjusted.Subsequently co-precipitated by NH4HCO3 and NH3·H2O is processed.Use 1.5 times of theoretical dosage of ammonium bicarbonate and ammonia for coprecipitation.The deposit is sintered for 2 h at the 900 ℃ temperature.Zn-Mn ferrite powder in which the atom ratio of Fe to Mn to Zn was 9.6 ∶4.1 ∶1 can be obtained and it can meet the demand of high quality powder.
