酶解辅助法优选山药多糖的提取工艺

【摘要】 采用酶解辅助热水浸提法用乙醇提取山药多糖,考察了乙醇体积分数、提取温度、固液比与提取时间对提取量的影响。结果表明,山药多糖的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数为70%,提取温度90℃,固液比1∶40,提取时间60 m in。在此条件下,山药多糖的提取量为4.76 mg/g。

【Abstract】 Polysaccharides from Chinese yam was extracted by the ethanol through the method of enzyme-assisted hot water.The effect of volume fraction of ethanol,extraction temperature material-liquid ratio and extration time on amount of extraction were investigated.The results showed that the optimal process of polysaccharides from Chinese yam was volume fraction of ethanol 70%,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶40,and extracting time 60 min,the extraction quantity is 4.76 mg/g under this conditions.
