空气催化氧化合成洋茉莉醛
Synthesis of heliotropin by air-catalytic oxidation
【摘要】 以胡椒环与乙醛酸经缩合得到的中间体3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙醇酸为原料,建立了空气催化氧化脱羧反应合成洋茉莉醛的新方法。获得最佳的反应条件为:反应温度95℃,原料与催化剂的摩尔比是1.0∶0.05,反应时间为10 h,空气流速为45 L/h。收率在93%以上。
【Abstract】 Using intermediate product(3,4-dioxymethylene mandelic acid) which was obtained by the benzo-dioxole and glyoxylic acid as the starting material,a new method by which heliotropin was synthesized from the intermediate product by catalytic oxidation with air and decarboxylation reaction was obtained.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:reaction temperature was 95 ℃,the mole ratio of n(the starting material) ∶n(catalyst)=1.0 ∶0.05,reaction time was 10 h and the velocity of air-flow was 45 L/h.The product yield of heliotropin was above 93%.
