【摘要】 用乙醇提取冬青叶总黄酮,考察了乙醇浓度、提取温度、固液比与提取时间对总黄酮提取量的影响。结果表明,用乙醇提取冬青叶总黄酮的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度70℃,固液比1∶10,提取时间120 min。在此条件下冬青叶总黄酮的提取量为3.97 mg/g。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum method of extracting flavonoids from leaves of ilex cornuta was investigated An L9(34) experiment involved ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,material-liquid ratio,and extracting time was carried out.The results showed that at conditions of ethanol concentration of 60%,extraction temperature of 70 ℃,material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶10,and extracting time 120 min,the optimal extraction quantity of 3.97 mg/g was obtained.更多还原
