有机胺催化一缩二丙二醇合成工艺研究
Research on catalytic synthesis of dipropylene glycol with amine
【摘要】 以有机胺AEDA为催化剂,环氧丙烷(PO)和丙二醇(PDO)为原料合成了一缩二丙二醇,对其合成工艺条件进行了初步研究。通过正交实验得出最佳工艺条件为:反应温度100℃,反应压力202.64 kPa,反应时间90 min,n(PDO)∶n(PO)为2.0,催化剂用量为环氧丙烷摩尔质量的0.10。此时,一缩二丙二醇的收率可达83.8%,选择性91.2%以上。产品薄层色谱图和标准品图谱吻合。
【Abstract】 Dipropylene glycol was synthesized from 1,2-epoxypropane and 1,2-propanediol with amine catalyst.The influence of technological conditions such as:reaction temperature,pressure,time,mole ratio of material and the amount of catalysts were studied.And through the orthogonal experiments,the optimum reaction conditions were obtained:reaction temperature 100 ℃,pressure 202.64 kPa,reaction time 90 min,mole ratio of 1,2-propanediol to 1,2-epoxypropane 2 ∶1,and the mole ratio of catalysts to 1,2-epoxypropane 0.10.The yield of dipropylene glycol was over 83.8%,and the selectivity was up to 91.2%.
