磺酸基功能化离子液体催化合成甘油缩环己酮的研究

【摘要】 研究了在一系列磺酸根功能化的离子液体催化下,丙三醇与环己酮的缩合反应。以磺酸基功能化的吡啶磷酸类离子液体[SO3H-bPy][H2PO4]为催化剂,系统考察了反应时间、酮与醇的配比、催化剂的用量及催化剂重复使用、不同阴离子、阳离子等因素对反应的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明,离子液体[SO3H-bPy][H2PO4]为催化剂,当环己酮与丙三醇摩尔比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为0.1 g/1 mol酮,反应2 h,转化率可达99.8%以上,选择性可达100%。证明离子液体对该缩合反应有较好的催化活性和选择性。

【Abstract】 The ketalization of cyclohexanone with glycerol by using SO3H functioned ionic liquids as catalysts were studied.The effects of reaction time,mole ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on yield of ketal were investigated by using the[SO3H-bPy]ionic liquid as catalyst.Results show that the ionic liquid was an efficient catalyst for the ketalization with high conversion and selectivity in mild conditions.Using[SO3H-bPy]as catalyst,the optimum reaction condition:molar ratio of cyclohexanone to glycerol was 1 ∶1.5,catalyst amount was 0.1 g/1 mol ketone,reaction time was 2 h.Under that condition,conversion was over 99.8% and selectivity was 100%.
