【摘要】 文章从国家工程中心自主创新的动力扩散效应出发,基于产业集聚视角构建了国家工程中心自主创新系统,分析了国家工程中心自主创新现状,认为国家工程中心自主创新系统存在着自主创新资金投入不足、产业集聚化程度较弱和产学研合作创新机制尚不健全等问题,提出应该以市场化为导向,提高主导产业的产业集聚度;进一步完善工程中心自主创新的融资渠道;发展集聚式自主创新,构建工程中心自主创新体系发展联盟的基本思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ability of independent innovation about NERC plays an important role in high-tech and industrial competitiveness. Starting from the power transfer of NERC,based on the industrial cluster,this paper analyzes the system of self-determined innovation consists in the government,academy,university,enterprise,finance institution and intermediary,analyzes the condition in independent innovation,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the ability of independent innovation.更多还原
