【Abstract】 Being one party in criminal cases,victim’s right to be informed should be under legal protection in order that he can intervene more actively for the sake of his legal rights.But in the current law of criminal procedure,there exist many holes with regard to the protection of the victim’s right to be informed,which is harmful to the building of a country under the rule by law.Therefore,it is suggested that a system for the safeguard of victim’s right to be informed be established to make sure that he can use his legal rights properly.更多还原
