物理逆向法在优化钣金成形毛坯中的应用

【摘要】 钣金成形中毛坯形状直接影响工件的成形和材料的流动情况,因此优化毛坯设计非常重要,不仅可以得到高质量的零件,而且节省材料和成本。文章介绍了关于‘物理逆向法’的进一步工作,提出了适合生产应用的加热装置。并通过有限元模拟和试验,对比研究了几何法、有限元一步法、物理逆向法确定毛坯的合理性。结果表明,物理逆向法适合毛坯的优化,对于盒形件,该方法与有限元一步法效果接近,而且明显优于几何法。

【Abstract】 The blank shape influences on final shape and material flow in sheet metal forming.So optimum blank design is a very important for us to get good workpiece and save money.There are several approaches used to determine blank.But many problems also queue up for being dealt with.A new method to obtain optimum blank was put forward by Author[1] in 2005 and it is named physical inverse method.The further work about the physical inverse method is introduced in the paper.The mechanical comparability between metal and PMMA in a special temperature and shape-remembering of PMMA are used in physical inverse method.The concerned theory and examination are given in the paper.A heat setup suitable for application is developed.The finite element simulations and forming experiments are finished for three blanks from experience method,finite element One-step method and physical inverse method.The rationality of three kinds of blank are researched by the results from the finite element simulations and forming experiments.The results show the blank from the physical inverse method is similar to finite element One-step method,and better than experience method.
