拉伸变形晶粒所承受的反应应力对其取向变化的影响
Effect of reaction stresses on orientation evolution of tensile deformation grains
【摘要】 以板材拉伸变形为例,模拟计算了所有的反应应力分量及其不同组合条件下晶粒的取向变化。分析了各个反应应力分量及其组合对晶粒拉伸取向变化的影响。利用X射线衍射法,检测了高纯铝板粗大晶粒在拉伸应变量步长为5%时7个拉伸步的晶粒的取向变化。结果表明,在拉伸变形过程中,晶粒之间的实际的反应应力以及反应应力的积累是影响晶粒取向变化的重要因素,并使多晶体中晶粒的取向变化呈现多样性和复杂性。
【Abstract】 The orientation rotations of grains under each and combination of reaction stresses were calculated during tension process.Effect of each and their combination of reaction stresses on orientation evolution of grains in tensile deformation were analyzed.The orientation rotations of coarse grains of high purity aluminum sheet were investigated by X-ray diffraction method in tension test of step strain 5%,total 7 steps.The results show that actual reaction stresses and their accumulation among grains during tension process are the important factors which affect the behavior of orientation change and the orientation rotations of grains in polycrystal exhibits diversity and complexity.
