基于知识的精冲工艺设计系统的研究和实现
Research of the knowledge-based fineblanking process planning system
【摘要】 精冲工艺设计复杂性大大高于普通冲裁,它的成功往往取决于工程师丰富的经验和知识。为有效地继承、集成、管理和重用这些知识,文章在归纳精冲工艺设计特点的基础上,将KBE技术应用于工艺设计,研究了精冲工艺设计中知识的表示和集成,并基于Solidworks软件平台,建立了基于知识的精冲工艺设计系统,具体设计实例表明,所建立的系统大大提高了设计的质量和效率。
【Abstract】 The process planning in fineblanking is more complicated than conventional blanking.Successful design usually depends on engineer’s experience and know-how.In order to inherit,integrate,manage and re-use the design knowledge,research on applying KBE technology to the process planning has been studied based on fineblanking process in this paper.The knowledge-based fineblanking process planning system is developed,and the testing case proves the powerful functionalities of the developed system.
