大型锻件尺寸测量CCD图像的去噪算法研究
The research of denoising algorithm about the CCD image of large-size forging workpiece
【摘要】 大型锻件热态尺寸测量一直是技术难题,CCD测量能够实现在线远程测量,但测量过程中图像将不可避免地产生噪声。图像去噪是图像处理中的一个十分重要的问题,直接关系到最终的结果。该文利用数学形态学滤波原理,提出了一种多结构元素和中值滤波混合的去噪方法。试验表明,此方法对于大型锻件图像的噪声具有很好的滤除效果。
【Abstract】 Thermal measurement for large-size forging workpiece is a difficult technical problem as yet.CCD-measurement could actualize long-distance online measurement,but image noise can’t be avoided during the measurement process,so denoising for image is very important to image manipulation and influence the ultimate result.The paper present a denoising method combing multi-structural element with median filter.Experiments confirm it is a good method for CCD-image of large-size forging workpiece.
