复杂形状钛合金热成形零件工艺仿真及参数优化研究
Hot forming process optimization of a complex titanium alloy part with numerical simulation method
【摘要】 文章针对某型飞机复杂形状钛合金唇口零件的热成形工艺仿真,提出适当的简化假设,将热成形过程近似为普通冲压,使冲压分析数值模型方便应用于热成形分析中。以eta/DYNAFORM为平台,对TC2钛合金唇口零件的热成形过程进行了数值分析,通过模面设计、毛料形状与成形温度、压边力等工艺参数的优化,试冲获得了满意的成形结果,并指导实际生产。将计算结果与实验对比,计算结果较准确地预测出了实验结果,验证了数值分析方法的实用性与准确性。
【Abstract】 This paper is concerned about the application of FEM simulation in hot forming process of a titanium alloy part.Based on a proper simplifying hypothesis,it’s possible to accomplish numerical analysis of hot forming process with the FE model of stamping.The forming process of a TC2 part is simulated with eta/DYNAFORM,a commercial FEM code,to get the optimum tool surface,blank shape,blankholder force and forming temperature.The comparison of the calculating result and experimental one proved validity and practicability of this numerical method.
