筒形件磁脉冲辅助冲压成形数值模拟
Numerical simulation of electromagnetically assisted sheet metal stamping for cylindrical deep drawing
【摘要】 针对磁脉冲辅助冲压成形过程,提出了基于ANSYS平台的有限元分析程式,通过编制用户子程序,采用重启动分析法,建立了冲压预成形过程显式求解和瞬态磁脉冲成形"松散"耦合分析之间的动态连接,并用于5052-O铝合金圆筒形拉深件磁脉冲辅助冲压成形过程的有限元仿真研究。结果表明,所建立的有限元分析方案,能实现圆筒形件磁脉冲辅助冲压成形连续变形过程的模拟,板坯变形信息体现了准静态冲压变形和高速率磁脉冲成形之间的耦合。有限元模拟结果与实验吻合较好。
【Abstract】 According to the idea of electromagnetically assisted sheet metal stamping,an ANSYS based FEA scheme is proposed,in which a full restart method is applied to establish the dynamic link between the explicit solutions of stamping pre-form process and the loose coupling analysis for transient electromagnetic forming process on the basis of user-defined subroutines,and the electromagnetically assisted sheet metal forming of cylindrical part with 5052-O aluminum alloy sheet is further numerically analyzed using this proposed FEA scheme.The results show that the proposed FEA scheme can successfully simulate the successive deformation processes of electromagnetically assisted sheet metal stamping of cylindrical part,in which the deformation information of blank can be successfully coupled between the processes of quasi-static stamping pre-form and high-speed dynamic re-deformation of electromagnetic forming.The simulation results are validated with the deformation profiles of the deformed parts in experiments.
