【Abstract】 Under the mode of open education,students have their daily jobs,so they mainly learn by themselves in their free time,and teachers change the roles from initiators of knowledge,and judgers of the students’ grades to mentors of learning methods,and organizers of activities.This change asks the teachers to be close to students with whole efforts to understand students,to offer them reasonable help and guidance.Since math is a quite hard subject for students to learn by themselves,it is especially important for teachers to do the available guide-teaching.更多还原
