【摘要】 介绍了"十一五"前后至2015年西北750kV电网发展的主要目标:建设覆盖五省(区)的750kV主干网架、实现新疆与陕甘青宁750kV同步联网、实现西北电网与西藏联网、不断推进西北外送电通道建设并扩大外送电规模,以及750kV电网"十二五"规划最新进展。探讨了西北电力外送、西北与新疆联网、风电大规模送出、甘肃至宁夏和甘肃至青海第二回输电通道规划、电磁环网解环以及规划与运行校核标准不统一等当前西北电网发展规划中的重点、难点问题,并提出了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the main goals of the 750 kV power grid development around the end the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and up to the year 2015: completion of building the 750 kV backbone system covering all the five provinces and autonomous regions in the northwest, synchronous interconnection between the 750 kV Shaanxi-Gansu-Qinghai-Ningxia Grid and Xinjiang Power Grid, interconnection between the Northwest Power Grid with Tibet Grid, continuous advancing of the power transmission corridor and expansion of the size of transmission to send electricity from the region to other regions. It also makes an introduction to the latest developments in the 750 kV grid planning for the "Twelfth Five-Year" . In addition, the paper looks into some major and problematic issues such as the incorporation of large-capacity wind farms which may have great impact on the planning and development of the power grid. Constructive suggestions are put forward accordingly.更多还原
