基于控制设备状态诊断的变电站电压无功控制方法

【摘要】 为了防止变压器分接头和电容器开关频繁动作,提出一种设备状态诊断法来改进变电站电压无功控制。该诊断法由惰性因子、比例因子和加速因子构成,判定设备处于可动作或不可动作状态,并结合"十七区图"控制策略形成一种改进的电压无功控制方法。改进方法无需对负荷进行预测,直接利用电压、负荷实时数据对变电站实施在线控制,解决了控制设备频繁动作问题,且算法简单,易于实现。实例表明,其在保证电压无功质量的同时,有效地控制了设备动作次数,具有很好的实用性和实时性。

【Abstract】 In order to limit operating times of transformer and capacitor in a period of time,a method for improving voltage reactive power control in substation based on device state diagnosing is proposed in this paper.This method determine whether a device can operate or not via a diagnosing function which is constituted by an inertia factor,a scale factor and accelerating factors,and combined with "17 zone" theory to develop a modified strategy for voltage reactive power control in substation.The strategy directly employs real time data of voltage and loads to control and resolves device frequent operating problem without load forecasting and it is simple and easier to implement.Case studies illustrate that the modified strategy effectively limited operating times of devices and guarantee a high voltage reactive power control quality at the same time,and it is practical and real-time.
