水介质中2,2’-二氯氢化偶氮苯的绿色合成
Green Synthesis of 2,2’-dichlorohydrazobenzene in Aquous Medium
【摘要】 研究了在水介质中β-环糊精与NaOH复合体系一步将邻氯硝基苯还原为2,2’-二氯氢化偶氮苯的绿色合成方法,并对实验条件进行了优化,优化条件为:邻氯硝基苯与β-环糊精的摩尔比为1∶2,NaOH质量浓度为20%,反应温度为85℃.在该条件下,产物收率为67%.最后对反应机理进行了初步推测.
【Abstract】 2-chloronitrobenzene was directly reduced to 2,2’-dichlorohydrazobenzene by β-cyclodextrin/NaOH in aquous medium.The reaction conditions were optimized as follows:molar ratio of 2-chloronitrobenzene and β-cyclodextrin was 1∶2,concentration of NaOH was 20%,reaction temperature was 85 ℃.The yield was 67%.Finally,a tentative reaction mechanism was speculated.
