【摘要】 在健康—家庭风险分散机制的基本框架下,通过对典型数据的分析发现,农村家庭富裕程度与生活质量对家庭患病状况具有U型影响,家庭医疗支出与家庭患病率存在正向关系,卫生服务可及性对家庭健康存在显著正向影响。分析结果证明,单纯依靠推进新型农村合作医疗制度无法从根本上促进农村家庭健康,增进农村家庭健康需要一个更全面的、综合性的、积极的、预防性的政策框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to improve the household’s health in rural China is now one of the focuses of the society,and the factors that influence household’s health are extensive.Under a basic research structure of Health-Household’ Risk Sharing,through the analysis of typical data,it finds out that the poverty and life-living level have a "U" shape influence on household’s health,and a positive relationship exists between household’s medical expenditure and household’ health,and the accessibility of medical service is also has a positive impact on household’s health.These analysis results show that it’s not enough to successfully improve rural household’s health only by the accelerating the new-type cooperative medical system and it needs a more comprehensive,positive and preventable medical policies.After a series of possible explanation,it brings forward,based on these analysis conclusion,some suggestion to enhance household’s health such as to improve rural residents’ life style and health consciousness.更多还原
