【Abstract】 Current Agricultural Land Tenure(ALT)and Farmer Social Security System(FSSS) resulted from the evolution of city-rura’s overall institutional arrangement which obeys "the Heavy Industry Prior Developing Strategy " should change as a whole because of their linkage and complementation.This article tries to reveal the mechanism of ALT and FSSS holistic institution change by building models and puts forward some advices for the innovation of ALT and FSSS holistic institution change.更多还原
