【摘要】 目的:对喀什市吐曼河分离的一株细菌进行鉴定。方法:基于生理生化实验和16S rRNA序列分析。结果:该分离菌G-,球状,需盐但不耐盐,pH耐受范围是pH6.2～7.8,产蛋白酶且粗酶酶活达168U/ml。16S rRNA序列分析表明,该细菌与类产碱假单胞菌(P.pseudoalca ligenes)16S rRNA序列有100%的相似性。结论:初步推断该细菌属于Pseudomonas属。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:An isolate from the Tuman River in Kashigar was isolated and identified. Method: Based on Physiological and biochemical experiments and the analysis of 16S rRNA sequence. Result: And the result showed that the bacterium was G-and sphere colony; and it growled without NaCl but wasn’t tolerant NaCl; it was tolerant at pH6.2-7.8. And the isolate could produce protease and the enzyme activity reached 168U/ml. The result of analysis of 16S rRNA showed the isolate was similar with P.pseudoalcaligenes and the similarity was 100%. Conclusion: So, it was deduced that the bacterium belonged to pseudomonas.更多还原
