6-O-(10)-十一碳烯酸葡萄糖酯的抑菌活性
Antibacterial activity of 6-O-(10-undecylenoyl) D-glucose
【摘要】 用酶法合成的10-十一碳烯酸葡萄糖酯进行真菌和细菌的抑菌试验,发现糖酯对白假丝酵母菌及革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌都有抑制效果,对白假丝酵母菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、变形杆菌的最低抑菌质量浓度分别为10、4、3、4和3 mg/mL。
【Abstract】 6-O-(10-Undecylenoyl) D-glucose was synthesized by a enzymatic method.Its antibacterial activity was assayed.Tests showed that it had an antibacterium effect on Candida albicans,gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria.The minimum inhibitory concentrations for Candida albicans,E.coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,and Proteus were 10,4,3,4 and 3 mg/mL.
