【摘要】 采用化学成分分析、显微组织分析以及力学性能分析等方法对使用后的CS2反应管(ZG40Cr25Ni20和ZG40Ni35Cr25材质)进行了综合评定。评定结果显示:炉管内无深入基体的硫腐蚀沟,内层形成较深的硫化层;其宏观组织、化学成分和显微组织均正常;材料持久性能稍有降低,塑性明显降低,常温和高温的强度指标均正常;ZG40Cr25Ni20有严重的局部腐蚀。

【Abstract】 The used CS2 reaction pipes(ZG40Cr25Ni20 and ZG40Ni35Cr25HP40 material) were evaluated by chemical composition analysis,micro structure analysis and mechanical performance analysis.The results conclude that,there is no sulfur corrosion ditch but deep sulfide layer in furnace tubes.The macrostructure,the chemical composition,the microstructure are normal.The durability performance and plasticity are reduced.The strength at ambient temperature and high temperature is normal,and ZG40Cr25Ni20 material suffers from severe local corrosion.
