【摘要】 目的:探讨闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折患者45例,所有病例均在c型臂x线机透视下,行闭合复位,复位满意后开始行经皮穿针内固定,石膏外固定。结果:术后随访3~36个月,平均16.3个月,腕关节功能按Sarmiento标准评定,本组45例中,优23例,良15例,可5例,差2例。结论:经皮穿针内固定具有操作简单、创伤小的优点,是一种实用的微创手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of closed reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wires in the treatment of distal radial fracture.Methods:45 cases of distal radius fractures were treated by closed reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wires,plaster external fixation,e whole process were under C-arm X-ray machine.Results:A follow-up for 3~36 months(average 16.3 months),the function of the wrist was evaluated by Sarmiento scale.23 cases were graded as excellent,15 as good,5 as fair and 2 as poor.Conclusion:Closed reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wires has advantages of minimal trauma,simple and safe fixation,This procedure is an efficient minimally invasive surgery.更多还原
