【摘要】 肝癌的治疗之所以困难,一是耐药,二是无法防治癌的转移复发。对不能切除的肝癌,半个世纪的努力无大进展,现在人们对肝癌的认识仍然停留在原有阶段,肝癌研究热点的手术治疗、介入治疗、众多局部微创消融治疗,以及三维适形放射治疗等,其目标均聚焦主体肿瘤治疗,而肝内侵袭转移治疗依然被忽视。目前有效防治肝内播散和转移方法尚无共识。本文对肝癌转移复发相关因素进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The difficulty in the treatment of primary liver cancer(PLC) ,first because drug-fast,the second is metastasis and recurrence of PLC can not prevent and cure. There is no significant progress of efforts for half a century to unresectable PLC,now people’s understanding of PLC is still remained on the original stage,the research of hotspot includeing the surgical treatment of liver cancer,interventional therapy,many local minimally traumatic ablation treatment,and three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,their objectives were direct focusing to the main tumor treatment,while treatment of intrahepatic invade and metastasis are still neglected. At present there is no consensus on transfer method for the effective prevention and treatment of intrahepatic spread. This article is summarized related factors of metastasis and recurrence of PLC.更多还原
