【摘要】 目的:验证M/Z:8693,4889低表达;M/Z:1762,1576高表达四组蛋白质指纹预测吉非替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效的符合情况。方法:对6名准备服用吉非替尼治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,服药前行SELDI检查,服药1个月后,按实体瘤疗效评定标准评定疗效。对已经服用吉非替尼治疗达1个月以上并有可观察肿瘤评价疗效的外院非小细胞肺癌患者9名,于疗效评价后的第二、三天进行SELDI检查。比较CR+PR组中M/Z:8693、4889低表达,M/Z:1762、1576高表达指纹的符合率。结果:按实体瘤疗效评价CP+PR组的10名患者全部符合,M/Z:8693,(漂移±50H+),M/Z:4889,(漂移±100H+)低表达,M/Z:1762,(漂移±50H+),M/Z:1576,(漂移±50H+)高表达,符合率10/10;3名PD患者全部符合,M/Z:8693,(漂移±50H+),M/Z:4889,(漂移±100H+)高表达,M/Z:1762,(漂移±50H+),M/Z:1576,(漂移±50H+)低表达,符合率3/3。其中M/Z:8693±50H+指纹为主要评价指纹。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者血清蛋白质指纹M/Z符合8693,(漂移±50H+),4889,(漂移±100H+)低表达,1762,(漂移±50H+),1576,(漂移±50H+)高表达,接受吉非替尼治疗有较高疗效。(注:M/Z=质/核)更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To verify coincidence of the estimation in therapeutic effect in treatment of NSCLC with Gifitinib by 4 proteomic fingerprints, M/Z:8693, 4889 lower expression, M/Z:1762, 1576 higher expression.Method:6 NSCLC were collected, who were examined by SELDI before treatment with gefitinib.After their one-month taking medicine, therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in solid tumor.9 NSCLC from other hospitals who had took Gefitinib for more than one month and been treated effectively, were examined by SELDI in 2 or 3 days later.The coincidence of these fingerprints, M/Z:8693, 4889 lower expression;M/Z:1762, 1576higher expression, in CR+PR group were compared.Results:The fingerprints expression coincidence rate in 10 patients in PR+CR who were evaluated according to the evaluation criteria in solid tumor reached 100%, M/Z:8693,(drift±50H+), M/Z:4889,(drift±100H+)lower expression, M/Z:1762,(drift±50H+), M/Z:1576,(drift±50H+) higher expression.The coincidence ratio was 10/10;the 3 patients in PD were consistent with these fingerprints, M/Z:8693,(drift±50H+), M/Z:4889,(drift±100H+) higher expression, M/Z:1762,(drift±50H+), M/Z:1576,(drift±50H+) lower expression.The coincidence ratio was 3/3.The M/Z:8693±50H+ was the main evaluated fingerprint.Conclusion:The serum of NSCLC was conformed in proteomic fingerprints feature:M/Z:8693,(drift±50H+), 4889,(drift±100H+) lower expression, 1762,(drift±50H+), 1576,(drift±50H+) higher expression.Gefitinib was effective in therapy of NSCLC.(Note:M/Z=entosarc/nucleus)更多还原
