人胚胎三叉神经节细胞电镜及光镜观察
Observation on Trigeminal Ganglion Cells in Human Fetus by Light and Electron Microscopy
【摘要】 目的:观察人胚胎三叉神经节的形态结构。方法:收集非疾病死亡的引产胎儿4例,胎龄6~7个月,常规灌注固定,取三叉神经节进行光镜及电镜观察。结果:①光镜下节细胞呈圆形或椭圆形,胞质内可见大的尼氏颗粒,细胞核近圆形,呈空泡状,核仁基本居中;②电镜下节细胞的胞质内细胞器丰富,可见大量线粒体、发育较好的高尔基复合体、粗面内质网及游离核糖体,核膜凹凸不平,核孔多。结论:胎龄6~7个月人胚胎三叉神经元显示为成熟细胞特征。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the morphological characteristics of the trigeminal ganglion in human fetus. Methods: Four fixed postmortem human fetuses aged from 6 to 7 months were collected to study the structure of trigeminal ganglion under light and electron microscope. Results: The trigeminal ganglion cells appeared in round or oval shape under light microscope. There was coarse Nissl body within cytoplasm. The nuclear of the ganglion cell appeared in rounded structure, revealing "empty bubble" characteristic appearance. The nucleolus located in the centre of the cell. There were abundant cell organelles within cytoplasm, including mitochondria, well developed Golgi complex, rough endoplasmic reticulum, and free ribosome, viewed by electron microscope. Besides, many nuclear pores were seen on the nuclear membrane. Conclusion: The trigeminal ganglion cells of the 6-7 month human fetus were matured.
