【摘要】 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2及其抑制物TIMP-2在子宫腺肌病异位内膜细胞及在位内膜细胞中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化方法(SP法)检测MMP-2及其抑制物TIMP-2在46例子宫腺肌病异位内膜细胞,在位内膜细胞及30例子宫肌瘤内膜细胞的表达。结果:MMP-2蛋白在子宫肌瘤内膜细胞组中阳性表达率为33.33%,在子宫腺肌病异位内膜细胞组中阳性率为89.13%,在位内膜细胞中阳性率为84.78%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。TIMP-2蛋白在子宫肌瘤内膜细胞组中阳性表达率为46.67%,在子宫腺肌病异位内膜细胞组中阳性率为15.22%,在位内膜细胞中为47.83%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:子宫腺肌病患者异位内膜组织中MMP-2表达增高,TIMP-2表达降低,使MMP-2与TIMP-2平衡失调,从而参与了子宫腺肌病的发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the significance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.Methods: The method of immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 respectively in 46 cases with ectopic endometrium,and eutopic endometrium,and 30 cases with uterine myoma endometrium.Results: The positive expression rate of MMP-2 was 33.33% in uterine myoma endometrium,89.13% in ectopic endometrium and 84.78% in eutopic endometrium(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of TIMP-2 were as follows: 46.67% in uterine myoma endometrium,15.22% in ectopic endometrium,and 47.83% in eutopic endometrium(P<0.01).Conclusions: The increased expression of MMP-2 and the decreased expression of TIMP-2 in the ectopic endometriosis tissue may lead to the imbalance of the MMP-2 and TIMP-2,resulting in their participating the oc-currence and development of adenomyosis.更多还原
