【摘要】 朊病毒是朊蛋白引起疾病的诊断标志物,与组织病理学损伤(海绵状变性)相比,不仅出现的时间非常早,而且分布也非常广泛。因此,检测朊病毒对疾病的早期监测、分类鉴别、最终确诊、监测控制以及对朊病毒致病机制的探索、研究,有着极其重要的意义。本综述对朊病毒检测和诊断方法进行了总结,便于进一步研究工作的进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prion is the diagnosis marker in the prion protein diseases.Compared to histopathology,it appearances very early and distributes very widely.Therefore,the detection of prion diseases in the early monitoring,classification identification,the final diagnosis, monitoring and research on control mechanisms ofprion disease is extremely important.This article has reviewed the recent research advances on detection and diagnosis method of Prion,which is convenient for the further research.更多还原
