复合微生物发酵青贮玉米饲料对奶牛产奶量及乳成分影响的研究

【摘要】 以全株玉米为底物,采用复合微生物菌剂发酵青贮,制成复合微生物发酵青贮玉米饲料。以复合微生物发酵青贮玉米饲料替代原青贮粗料进行奶牛饲喂试验,由于热激效应,对照组的产奶量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率分别降低了8.1%、0.5%和6.7%,奶牛体细胞数增加了45.5%,而试验组奶牛的产奶量、乳蛋白率分别只降低了2.1%、2.6%,乳脂率增长了5.43%,奶牛体细胞数减少了23.6%。结果表明,复合微生物发酵青贮玉米饲料替代奶牛饲喂中的原青贮粗料后,能有效的缓解试验期间高温条件下的热激效应,提升青贮饲料的质量,降低饲料的成本,提高养殖业的经济效益。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the whole-crop corn was used as substrate to produce protein fodder under the effect of complex micro-organism through fermentation and ensiling.The milk cows involved in the test were fed with the microbial fermented corn silage fodder instead of the original materiel.The results show that,due to the effect of heat shock,the milk yield,butterfat and milk protein of the cows fed with the original crude silage decreased by 8.1%,0.5%and 6.7%respectively,while in the tested group,the milk yield and milk protein only reduced 2.1%and 2.6%respctively,with the butterfat increased by 5.43%.The somatic number of the tested cows reduced by 23.6%,while the other group increased by 45.5%.Consequently,the fermented whole-crop corn silage could be used to replace the original coarse fodder to relieve the effect of heat shock during fermentation,to improve the quality of silage,and to cut down the cost of production and then enhance economic efficiency of livestock industry.
