旋转恒定磁场对大鼠血清中铁代谢相关蛋白的影响
Effects of Rotating and Stationary Magnetic Fields on Serum Iron Metabolism-Related Proteins in Rats
【摘要】 目的:观察旋转恒定磁场对大鼠血清中铁代谢相关蛋白的影响,为深入认识磁场的多方面生物学效应提供依据。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为对照组和曝磁组。后者在磁场强度是0.4T、频率为8.97Hz的环境中每天曝磁1次,每次2h,连续处理30d后处死分组大鼠,获得血清,冻存后测定血清中铜蓝蛋白活力和总抗氧化能力、铁蛋白和乳铁蛋白含量等指标。结果:曝磁组大鼠血清中铜蓝蛋白活力与对照组大鼠相比没有显著性变化;总抗氧化能力有了显著性的提高(P<0.05);铁蛋白含量有显著性的降低(P<0.05);乳铁蛋白含量有显著性的降低(P<0.01)。结论:磁场对大鼠血清中铁代谢的部分相关蛋白存在影响。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of rotating and stationary magnetic fields(RSMF) on serum iron metabolism-related proteins in rats,and provide bases for understanding the biological effects of magnetic field.Methods:The SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group and RSMF-treated group.The latter was exposed to RSMF for 2 hours each time,once a day during 30 consecutive days(magnetic intensity:0.4 T;frequency:8.97Hz).The rats were killed after 30 days,and the blood of the rats was collected,frozen and saved.The activity of Ceruloplasmin(Cp),totalantioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and the content of Ferritin content,and Lactoferrin(LF) were detected.Results:There was no obvious change of Cp activity between RSMF group and control group.T-AOC in RSMF group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of ferritin decreased much in RSMFgroup(P<0.05) and the content of LF also decreased significantly in RSMF group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The RSMF has effect to some kinds of serum iron metabolism-related proteins in rats.
