【摘要】 用毛细管流变仪研究POM/Fe熔体的流变行为。讨论POM/Fe熔体的非牛顿性和Fe含量、剪切速率对体系黏度的影响,温度对体系黏度的影响。结果表明:POM/Fe熔体均为假塑性流体;其熔体黏度随Fe粉含量的增加而增大,而且Fe粉含量低于4%时体系黏度小于POM熔体;各体系的黏流活化能变化不大。

【Abstract】 Melt rheological behavior of the polyoxymethylene/iron(POM/Fe) composite materials were studied with capillary rheometer.Non-newtonian property of POM/Fe influences,the content of the iron particle and shearing rate and temperature on melt rheological behavior were discussed.The results showed that POM/Fe composite materials were pseudoplastic fluid.Melt viscosity of the materials increased with the increasing of iron powder content,however,when the weight percent of iron less than 4 %,the melt viscosity of POM/iron composite materials was lower than melt viscosity of pure POM.And the flow activation energy of materials had little difference.
